Please review your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—carefully before confirming. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections like item type, size, design, or address.
If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from order placement to cancel and reorder correctly. For any questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages.
A 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply. To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds will not be provided.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Received design differs from what was ordered
- Size or material is not as ordered
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product description does not match the item received
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Items cannot be worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be due to our error
- Original tags must be intact
- Minor issues, such as stray threads, are not eligible

- Shipping label/receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defects
- Relevant email screenshots

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This amount will not be deducted from your refund.
